Hi everyone and thanks for answering previous thread (next page). Dad is called something like "Holme Grove Solomon" and don't know about mum but she is the sweetest laid back mare apparently. Hope this sheds some light on foalie, I welcome any comments or advice. xx

Holme Grove Solomon was (is?) a big, old-fashioned sort of trak, the chunkier powerful type, iirc, rather than the more modern elegant type. mostly sired dressage horses i believe, but i'm no expert on him.

Ive got a 3 year old pure bred filly by Holme Grove Solomon. All his information can be found on the studs website: www.holmetrakehners.com. He was awarded a lifetime achievement award in 2004 by the TBF for his contribution to the breed. I have had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful stallion on more than one occasion and he is fabulous. He has a fantastic temperament that he seems to pass to his offspring.
