Tri Zone overeach boots spinning

got treated to a lovely pair of tri zone over reach boots for my birthday. Twig is 16.1 and the 'large' size is for 16hh upwards. Fit wise when you put them on they look lovely. Depth wise perfect. However........each time ive ridden in them they have spun even though im doing them up tightlly with the nobbly bit fitted into the back of her pastern. Am i doing something wrong???? If not im really pee'd off with them. They are not cheap for a pair of or boots and as they looked ok when i fitted them i have used them and of course cant take them back now

I have the same problem with their fetlock boots which match the open fronted tendon.

It got so bad that I've given up using the fetlock boots. I am thinking of giving them a call, because as you say, they aren't cheap.
 
Ive sent them an e-mail via there website this evening explaing the situation and asked for there advice on what to do ie am i fitting them wrong (although to be honest i dont really see how you can??) I just hope my birthday present doesnt have to get relegated to the back of some cupboard never to be seen again!

Even more annoying, I used a pair of mark todd boots similar in design that were a friends which were a tenner less and they didnt budge! Hence why i thought the tri zone would be good as they are so similar??
 
I had exactly the same problem! Waste of time, just span around... then they went walkies on the yard i went to to do some schooling! So double whammy for me!

exact same problem here. Not impressed at all!

My equine OCD means that all my boots have to match and now I can't use the O/R boots to match by B/Boots and Tendon Boots!!!

Seriously though, I'm not impressed at all. Even walking out in hand they spin all over the place and they ARE fitted correctly.

Think I'm going to try the Prof Choice o/r boots, they have a good rep from what I've heard. Waste of money on the equilibriums ones though
