Have menaged to pretty much sell one of my horses but as she will be a first horse for some real novices they would like a 2 week trial which I'm happy with because I'd like to know Missy is right for them. Soooooo I'm in need of a trial agreement, does the BHS have one (that I can't seem to find) on their website? Or is there one on another website?

I don't know of a specific Trial agreement but I would think that the BHS loan agreement would cover your need. You would just have to put the dates in as the 2 weeks trial period. To my mind everything else would be the same in terms of care/return of your horse etc. The horse is effectively "on loan" for the trial period.
I would also insist on insurance.

I too may be taking on a horse for a trial period and i was going to give the owner the same the loan agreement forms i used for when one of my horses went on loan. You just state the date they have them from and then the mutual agreed date of return.
