As im looking for new stirrups got me to thinking about hire/trial as don't think anyone does this and as some of the stirrups are £100 + wondered if this would be a good business to start.

What do you all think? - Similar lines of hiring bits and would stock freejumps, Sprengers, Jins

Would the idea take off?

thanks

I suspect you would get some interest but not sure it would be as popular as bit/bridle/girth hire.

I have Sprengers, I love them, and yes would have liked to have tried them first as not cheap. It probably would have needed to be for maybe a month to cover all activities. I read reviews and took the plunge, and Im very pleased with them. Maybe things to consider - How much would you charge for a months hire? P & P, they are quite heavy. What about damage/wear and tear? I suppose these are thing that bit hire companies cope with too. I always think bit hire is a good idea, but usually end up borrowing from friends before buying my own.
