Sorry, follow on from last thread but I can't find it.

I taught my horse to bow last night, took all of 5mins (She's far too smart!). The upside, I can pick her front feet up while she's balancing on her nose (okay so its not the most conventional bow) and she can't do anything about it... The downside? She now throws herself into a bow along with cuddling me and jumping to try and get treats.

So we the spent half an hour re-teaching stand and stay :D

She tried to snap for a treat while cuddling me last night too... but rather than biting me she bit herself... cue sad face and very well behaved after that!

She also comes to a whistle (we train all this way as makes life easier catching!) and I can now make her stand half a field length then whistle and pat my knees like a dog and she comes running :D all the other horses out just look at us like we are mad :o

Sorry for the ramble, very proud owner after all the cuddles last night and how much she was trying to please me! The turn around from unhandled as a 3yo last Sept is just making me so happy, especially as we went backwards drastically and moved yard in December as both weren't happy there.
