Following on from the thread on tricklenet thread the other night mine came yesterday .
THey do look a funny shape when you get them out of the bag but fill easily they appear to be really well made and have very good quality ropes for tieing up.
Well it really slowed fatty Frank down I estimate that his nets are lasting 3 times longer he really has to work to get his haylage out he was quite cross at first then worked out that using his lips was the way forward .
So far so good yes expensive but looks very good quality and as long as it's long lasting I think it's worth it

Crikey - £30 is steep compared to the elimi-net!

Would be interested to see if it's worth it.

It has smaller holes and looks like it won't stretch it is a lot of money but as I said looks very high quality and if it works IMO worth it as I hated the way Frank guzzled all his food and had to left for hours with non( serious weight issues after very bad illness)

Don't get me wrong - if you think they're good I would seriously consider - my boy has quadruple nets to trickle feed would much prefer to be able to use a single net! In all honesty £30 isn't much more than 2 nets plus an eliminet!

My pony also has quadruple nets and I thought this too but I found that unless I had a double haylage net inside the trickle net he managed to eat his hay much quicker. The double net plus trickle net did slow him down but yesterday I had to have my back lady out to him - he had all sorts going on in his neck. I'm not sure if this was caused by the trickle net or not (they are very heavy and my boy does tend to pick the net up and shake it) but I've stopped using them for now and gone back to the quadruple nets. Shame, I thought I'd finally found a solution and as already pointed out they are incredibly expensive.

Had mine two weeks now..and love it..horse happy eating from it took a couple of night to work out how to get hay out..will order another after christmas...hate elimanets they seem to fall apart in a week...
