Right i've been in a new job for a short while which has been just training, tomorrow i start properly on my own now ive done my training. Now, i don't feel confident in the job, i dont think i'm doing v well.

I have now been offered a job at a yard which looks like it would be better money. I may be able to start in just over a week. I can bring own horse if i'd like.

Now i arranged to rent some more land near where i live to save me forking out for hay n feed. They were quite good and let me have it for less than they'd advertised after i bargained they down. They said i can bring a month's money round tonight and i can put my lad in as soon as i want.

Now, i don't know what to do. I will soon be running out of hay/feed now do i buy more hay/feed for a couple of weeks and then move him to the yard or do i rent the land see how it goes working at the yard first and then move him but then i feel i'm messing about the land owners?

Does that make sense? what would you do?

I would take him to the land you have sorted already, it is near home after all, and more than likely cheaper, I could be wrong.
I think you need to see how you get on with this job first before you move your horse in.
That is what I would do anyway :)

That's what I would do as well. It is slightly tricky to have to depend on your job working out for accommodation for your horse as well. What if you didn't like it and left, then your horse would be homeless as well.

If it all works out OK and you like the job and feel settled, then you can go back to landowners in time and say that horse accommodation is included in your job.
