Did any of you watch this programme? The "show" ladies made me cringe and the "big" dog people made me think of how I must look to the outside world as I am always muddy, wear polo shirts and jeans or tracky bottoms! (and covered in dog hairs.
And my car!!!! My family always moaning at me about the state of the car and the doggy smells. (I don't even notice that it smells!!)
I think I need help!

Yes me too! I'm known as 'the funny dog lady' round here. I wear what was once quite a nice pink tweed coat for my dog walks but it's now filthy and has threads pulled everywhere, and I have a big blue canvas bag slung across with all the dog walking stuff I need, poo bags, muzzle, water bottle etc so I do look not disimilar to a stinky old tramp.

I do know people who have met future husbands while on their dog walks......can't think why that hasn't happened to me

Me and OH went to a party the other day, and a few of them said, wow your OH scrubs up well.......he usually looks like a poacher/farmer, with his camouflage trousers, hunters and wolly hat, with a pack of 10 dogs

I on the other hand got no comments, apart from my large boobs

LOL sounds like me, waterproof camo overtrousers, wellies and a wooly beanie hat!!

Wasn't keen on the way the labs were kept...

Good programme though!

LOL, yep I hold my hands up and say any of the "big" dog ladies could have been me (in fact I used to know one of them from my agility days). Think the term "show" ladies was slightly off mark, some of them were more wannabe film stars. As someone said, at least the big dogs were allowed to be dogs. I was quite impressed how Claire the gundog lady managed to climb the steps at the end in her high heels, I would have broken my bloomin neck
