Does anyone know of someone that teaches the TRT method in or around Bedfordshire. Looking to give it a go but would like someone to come out and teach me, or I can go to them.

anywhere between 10 minutes and half an hour roughly, i love them because i absolutely don’t have the attention span to watch super long videos, and if i get bored i can go back to finish them!

i went to one of steve young’s demos recently, and whilst it was wonderful im not sure i’d have the attention span for another - 6 hours is a loooong time for me

Oh thanks, you obviously feel my pain I enrolled on something online and it was hour-long videos with the trainer talking at the camera (and repeating herself) and I couldn't get past the first five minutes

nope, that would absolutely not work for me miri’s are actual demonstrations too, and because of her work you get to see the process start to finish rather than just with horses that already know the score so to speak
