Trust your own feelings!!

After a c*p couple of weeks my pony is now sorted after a long problem with his back. Turns out it was his saddle all along but i was stupid enough to trust my saddler

I just wish i had listed to my own feelings and upset her earlier by getting a second opinion.
This had taught me a valuable lesson, listed to yourself as well as others, it would of saved me a lot of heartache and money

Defintely agree with this! You know your own horse and they are all different and affected by things in different ways. All the 'experts' are only human and can't possibly be right all the time. They all make mistakes. I think, if you believe your horse isn't right, 99 times out of 100 you'll be right

I had this exact same problem!! It makes me so angry, you trust someone to do their job when they really have no idea

Here Here, you can't go wrong trusting your instincts/hunches. You know your horse better than anyone. So what if you do upset anyone asking for a second opinion, its your horse and welfare and your bank balance at stake.

Also had exactly the same problem!!! Vet was beginning to suggest I just couldn't ride the horse, but it was the saddle all along!
