I decided to go out for a half hour ride this morning.... It took me over an hour
set out, and Roo was a good girl, we went into a field and had a little canter
Then round the bottom of the field, we found a bridge over a little stream. Over the other side I found a few fields to go round. Was nice.
Got to the bottom corner, and there was a shallow clear bit of stream that if we went through cut about 20 mins off our hack....
Only Roo wouldnt get in. Kept running backwards.
So I thought "I know, Ill lead her, next time she'll know its not scary"
yeah..... NO .... I spent 20 minutes, with me hopping in and out of the water, her having NONE of it. Me stood IN the river with soaking wet feet
Her perfectly dry and laughing at me
managed to pull her bridle off
I wasnt pulling hard
So in the end, I got back on, with my soggy feet. And rode the long way round home
Got into the field near home. I wanted to trot.... Roo wanted to canter. Because I held her back, she threw a strop and put in a HUGE buck  Then proceded to be VERY strong all the way up the field.
Then we found a horse paddock where the wall was so low the horse could easily step over and escape. And it was cantering alongside us, me telling it to "dont you dare get out!! go back! AWAY!!" LOL
Im hoping her silliness was her saying that shes feeling good (coz I put her on a new supplement 3 days back, dunno if it can take effect so quick )
