Trying to find a good saddler

I live in Wales and trying to find a highly recommended saddler.
Had 2 bad experiences now with saddlers, horse ended up with a bad back & badly fitting saddle.
I've been given the names of 2 other saddlers that come to the area, Has anyone used Katie Farrell or Roger Hampton, if you dont have good experiences of these saddlers, please pm me, as i dont want to make any more mistakes with my horse.

Where about's in Wales?
I was due to move to Llandysul last year but was unable to sell the house for what we needed to be able to buy the place we wanted there so staying here, if you are in West Wales I'd gladly come and have a look for you!
