Trying to find Jazz. Drk Bay TB mare 15hh

Hi everyone,
Im new on here but hoped someone could help.
I am trying to trace my old mare Jazz.
She is 15hh, dark bay tb. Freezemark CR77, would be in her 20's now.
Sold to Jennifer Carr of Littleover, Derbyshire in 2001. Believed to have been sold 2004ish to someone called Mark in Derby.

A girl near us (notts) has a tb mare called jazz don't know if its your girl, I will try and find out if she is freezemarked, did your horse weave at feedtime?
Ifs it's the same horse she is in a very good home.
