Hi,

I'm desperately trying to find out the history of a horse I have recently bought. The breeder is showing as Gill Barclay Co Limerick but I can't locate any further information.

My horse is called BallyMolloy Primrose - ISH 4 year old 16 hand Bay Mare.

Her sire is Lester Lad and her Dam is Ballydoole MeadowFlower.

I have her last owner as Gill Langford but can't seem to locate her.

I would love to know Ballys history and what she has done, if anybody has any information I would really appreciate it.

If you go to sjai.org (i think it's .org) or google sjai horse search, and go to animal search, type her name into the owner part, it asks for first and surname seperately, it will return a search.

Your lass is registered with showjumping Ireland but hasn't any points. She is a grade E according to the site, but thats just her showjumping. She was registered in June of this year!

I can try dig up more info if you'd like. It also lists her as Limerick/Clare, so may come under Clare as well. It's not much but it's a start at least.

Thank you! she won as well so at least I now know she can jump which will help!
Apparently she has also done a ODE which is what I brought her to do.
Was getting rather concerned as she naps and rears when she hacks out on her own and I'm concerned if I would ever be able to take her XC.

Thanks for that, Lester Lad is a handsome lad! Interesting that Bally is stated as 15'3 she was sold to me as 16'1 so shes obviously grown! I tell you something I would never get a mare again far too moody and temperamental!

Tell me about your boy
