Trying to trace a gentleman from gloucs

Basically I'm trying to get in touch with one of my horses past owners, no other reason than to find out history. I've got his address in horses passport and have written to him but letter has been returned, as addressee gone away. Was wondering if anyone can help on here, very long shot I know!

The gentlemans name is john little, he lived in sapperton, gloucs xx
