My horse (hes 15yrs old)

Is very tucked up, we cannot understand why and hes been like it at least a week but probably longer!

We moved yards about 3 weeks ago, i undertsand stress can make it happen but hes kept warm and brought in at night?

What could be causing it?

Have you changed his feeding routine, stressed horses are normally more prone. Is he fine in himself? Does he have normal TPR?

Temp/heart rate are all normal.
He was a little down in himself i thought it was a virus but the vet gave me some danilon incase his joints were casuing more pain due to the cold weather and he perked up a lot after a few days of being on them!
He feed hasnt changed, although hes still not completely himself.

I was going to arrange a chroprator for him?

Hes always kept warm aswell, as i know hes older etc.

I was thinking it may be a pain response - but your giving him Danilon so that would improve things. I was wondering if he was slightly colicky (sp), however all TPR are normal, Is he up to date with his worming? If he has not perked up in couple of days may be worth running routine blood screening

Dentist was out a month ago and all is ok in the teeth dept.

Propell plus? whats that?

Vet is coming out tomorrow to do a blood test but how will that help with him being tucked up?

Would a chiropractor be better?
