Well it wasn't a bad day weather wise, the ground was quite soft but not slippy.
Dressage-the less said the better. Suffice to say we were NOT likely to get placed after it.
Sjing-again he wasn't really listening but jumping nicely enough if a bit held down by the going, just had one out where I threw him at it.
XC-he was fab

Let me control him and actually went too slowly! 18.8 time, but clear all the way and enjoyed it.
The course was good, only jumped the practise fence once as it was so boggy he could barely get over it, but the actual course ran well.

Well done - XC must have been tightly measured. There seemed to be quite a few time faults.

Only_me - is dromiskin not the 13th and Necarne the following week.

Some people call it the horseware event because it is on Tom Maguiness' farm. Would be a handy one for you, motorway down to dundalk, head down the old road to castlebellingham, turn right at a closed up old pub, and first left. Its a lovely event - lovely ground as v sandy, nice big arenas for SJ, and a pretty straightforward XC (3 water fences though). Might be an early start though, they always seem to give northerners the early dressage times for some reason.

Thanks, time wasn't bad, we just went slow! Think there were lots of faults though.
yup PDCW had a bad fall, think horse got stuck then winded, dad thought it was dead but both ok, horse a bit stiff and P a bit shocked but alive and well, very worrying silence just after they fell.
Yup, I'm for lounganmore, anyone else?
