We charge £10 per fall but cap it at a maximum 3 falls. We have an award dinner paid for with the proceeds at which we have Oscar style prizes - 'muddiest fall', 'most premature exit', 'best double act' that sort of thing. Then there is a trophy for 'Faller of the Year' which is awarded with a tube of super-glue. The money raised pretty much covers the food and drink but we do raise money for the Air Ambulance at other events.

Ours is £10 for a fall and £20 if you fall off and let go of the horse. Money collected goes to the Air Ambulance and there is a trophy awarded at the end of the season to the greatest contributor (its in my living room thanks to my OH's supreme efforts to raise money for a good cause...)

We do, £10 per fall. We had one disallowed when someone was taken out by someone else falling off - it seemed only fair to not make her pay.

OH was Field Master and was trying to raise funds for it by jumping really silly stuff so lots of people would fall off.

I got bucked off on the way TO the meet and I tried to get that disallowed but it wasn't. As if the embarrassment of the horse turning up at the meet on its own with me in hot pursuit wasn't enough I had to pay too......

Nearly as embarrassing as being the first person to fall off at the first fence at last season's opening meet. And that was off Max - thankfully he redeemed himself many times after that.
