Tummy ache....

My poor little JRT seems to have tummy ache.
Was just about to rush him to vets but it seemed to pass a little.
He was panting like he was going to pass out..very restless, tail between legs. I thought he may have bloat but his tummy wasn't overly hard. Is bloat very obvious

He is trying to sleep now but is still a little twitchy although not panting now...He just keeps kicking a little with his back legs..almost like he has spasmodic colic

Dunno why I'm posting really...just wondered about bloat

Bloat comes on very quickly and they blow out, torsion is a twisted gut.
Best to leave as long a gap between feeding and exercise/car travel/excitement as possible to minimise both, especially in bigger dogs.

Could you give the vets a ring to put your mind at rest?

Panic over for now...silly me

He's never had a days illness...in fact neither of my 2 have so it threw me a little.

He's very tired and clingy but is relaxed and not panting.
Will keep an eye on him...
