Turn out in the morning?

I turn out just after 9am, unless I'm riding.

I generally get the children up and sorted before I sort the horses...be that school days or weekends.

Usually ride at 10, so after that

About half 6

. Weekends its half 7. I like him to be the first horse out (he always has been, gets stressy if he's not). I don't bring him in until about 9 at night, so he's in as few hours as possible.

about 7.15 due to the self-appointed gestapo on my yard (which is why Im moving back home shortly - then I can turn outasearly as I like and bring in as late as I wish)

about 6am as i have to get to uni for 9 and the stables is 7 miles outof manchester and i have to leave yard at 7am then im home at half 7 which is annoying so i go for a swim, if i leave any later i join all manchester workers on the road and will not get in for 9

then they come in between 5-7 depending what timei finish uni/work

Horses are all out still, coming in on Thursday (1st Nov) and only because im worried about fireworks!

I cant believe it, usually theyve been in a month but weather has been fabulous

Anyway....

Week day they will get turned out around 7:30, I get there for 7am and they are fed and one maybe ridden, then turned out.
Brought in at 5pm.

Weekends I get there for around 8am. Bring in around 4pm before it gets dark.

I feel a bit better now, thought I would be the only person not turning out at 5 or 6 am! Mine went out at 8.45 this morning, had to drag her out as she was fast asleep! When YO does her she will go out between 8 and 9am, and then come in between 6 and 7pm.

depends on the weather and if im riding! on a monday and tuesday shes out at 7am ish comes in at about 4-5 ish. every other day she's out at about 9 ish then in again 4-5 ish and then if its raining i turn her out about 10 and bring her in about 3! she doesnt like the rain and had to drag her out her stable this morning! theres only a few in at our yard only brought her in because i wanted her clipped!

Jangles and donks got out around 6.30-7. He's been out at night but is defo coming in 1) if clipped and 2) if this nasty weather is here to stay

The horses at the yard where I stable are only just coming in at nights as the weather has been so good recently. YO turns feeds all horses on the yard at around 7.00 and then starts turning them out. The last one is out by 8.00. Mine is brought in between 3 and 4 depending on when I leave work.

I don't much like the sound of your yard! I don't turn my share horse out, I leave it to some chump who agreed to turn her out at a ridiculous hour with her own horse

And my own horse is out 24/7

I ride at 7am and turn out at 9am then they come in at about 2pm as I have no grazing and big Bert has a clever new trick- demolishing post and rail fencing!

I like to ride first thing, feed after they have cooled off and then turn out, so they usually go out at about 10am if I am at home. If I'm working, they just go out for a couple of hours first thing (ie 7am), because they are too lazy to work later if they are full up on grass!

If it's frosty, I tend to turn out later.
