turned away now better than ever!

My cob has been in work for a week, shes rising 4- just short 20 min hacks in walk to buid up her fitness. She was backed last june then turned away for 3 months, shes come back stronger, more stamina and very keen!! been hacking alone (not through choice) and shes been brilliant. Went another route today which was off road and a bit hilly in places, fabulous views and a lovely late afternoon sunny but brrrr hack. Was great to not have to worry about traffic not being able to spot us in the low sun. Really enjoyed it and so did the cob
Has anyone else bought babies back into work yet?

My 4 year old has just come back into work too, and we're doing much the same as you, a little bit of hacking, we have a nice route that takes about half an hour walk and trot and then she's lunged once a week. She popped her first little jump on the lunge yesterday and loved it!

I think babies are the best and it's so nice to bring them back and find they really have obviously had a good think about things whilst turned away and are eager to get stuck in again!! So much fun!

My 4yr old had a couple of months turned away after breaking my leg lol, and he's just come back into work - he is EXTREMELY full of beans!! But a lot fresher with flatwork and seeming to be enjoying it a lot more

Just started short hacks on my now 4yo after she has been turned away since August. I also feel her stronger in a nice way and she hasn't forgotten a thing

Yeah shes not forgotton anything neither its nice that shes started getting into a routine now and waits for me to fetch her in
