turnout boot recommendations

Hi - pony prone to mudfever - mildcase jsut now treated and looking good but need to get new turnout boots - what do you all use and recommend?

I use hardy chaps which i have found very good. Though i have found that they freeze in the stable overnight when they were wet. Unfortunately yard owner still put them on horse for turnout. This then caused a rub and so he ended up with mud fever. If you keep them clean and dry they are great.
 
Defo NOT the derby house ones. Too much expansion and shrinkage when they get wet, neally gave my girl cellulitis - and cost £120 in vet fees and a 7 day course of bute:mad:
 
Interesting. I used Derbyhouse on all three of mine last year without any problems. The biggest problem that I had with them was getting DH to post them out!! I have two pairs for each horse, so one set gets to be rinsed out and dried for 24hrs inbetween uses.
