Ok so my new neddy is arriving this afternoon and she has beautifully clean legs which I'd like to keep that way however we have a pony ont he yard that is a bit of a bully and over the 2years ive been there gave ellie several cuts and scraps all on her lower legs so I'd like to get some turnout boots for new neddy to help prevent these unessacry marks.

Any suggestions on which ones are good & which to avoid?

My boy doesn't get on with turnout boots. He tends to sweat if it's hot, and he rubs his legs until they get sore. Its the same if he's turned out in rainy weather. The last time I had them on him, was during a rainy day, and he came in with his front legs bleeding as had been rubbing them until they were raw. Different makes of boot had the same effect, and I always kept them regularly washed and clean.

I bought some electric and sectioned him off his own paddock (YO was very understanding, and happy for me to do this) so that he could have safe t/o without boots on.
