Turnouts with bellys

I have a really fluffy pony that gets really muddy in winter. Ideally I need a turnout with a belly but they are so hard to find. The only one I can find is from mudrugs but was just wondering if anyone had found anything cheaper?

Equitheme Tyrex. I haven't tried them, so can't comment on quality/fit - but I've always been tempted to get one just for the belly flap!

Annoyingly they start at 5ft 9 which is just too big for my 13.2
