I barely compete but sometimes end up driving friends to shows so may as well take one of mine for an in hand class.

I have an ancient tweed jacket, I looked for a new one a while back but they're deeply unflattering - shorter and squarer than they used to be with no shape to fit a woman's body.

At recent show I saw people wearing some lovely jackets, they were longer and were shaped to actually have space for boobs.

I'm going to have another look. Any recommendations please?

Second Equetech. I do also have an Alexander James one which was lovely and made to measure but nice off the shelf one really like my Equetech. I have a Mears navy one and that is a beautiful fit.

I have Alexander James. Purchased many years ago 30, still good as new. You choose the cloth, style, velvet, lining etc, send measurements and they make it. It wasn’t overly dear at the time.
I was going to suggest Alexander James as well. I got mine about the same time as you and it is also still going strong. I get the lighter weight tweed and it has stood up to pouring rain and bright sunshine equally well.

I have a Caldene Southwold, it’s a lovely fit. It’s for sale at a sensible price as sadly I’ll never need to wear it again. Size 38.
