Tweed Jacket...Who makes it?

I was at Badminton today and saw lots of ladies wearing a really nice tweed jacket. It was the usual greeny colour but at the bottom it had a silky satiny embroidered strip. Does anyone know who makes it as I loved it.

Try one on before you start saving - I did, then saved the money for something else!!!
