Here you go guys. The unaffiliated ODE at Tweseldown is on 21/22nd April. Probably aim for this one as our first.

Depends on what hes like when we go XC school.

From what I remember the SJ was tiny

and i think he will be a git if they are too small. However, if it ends up being our first event then it wont hurt as the first fence xc in teh Intro is the PN fence *unless they change it after last years problems*
 
LOL!!!

yeah, the jumps weren't too bad, think they were all up to height and they are those lary jump for joy ones! and don't i just remember the first fence - Ludo even allowed me to smell the flowers in the arrangement (unscheduled!!!)

think i'll do the Intro - but I'm meant to be taking Bonnie XC schooling with her old owner at T'down in Feb so not sure yet.

The SJs were definitely smaller than a usual intro, but granted they were very brightly coloured lol.
The xc was nice but I do feel the first fence is always crap at T. A large flower box isnt incouraging esp off a rubbish turn - you dont even see the first fence from the start box so the horse doesnt have anything to focus on.
It causes enough problems in teh PN at the affiliated event.

Ho hum maybe they will address it?
