Is this a good place to take a youngster for schooling? one that hasn't done and awful lot but needs to get out and start seeing the world.

I think it's about 2'3 upwards. They run huntertrials from 2'6 upwards

but the majority of their fences are aimed at affil. eventing.

I've never been there for schooling, only for competitions but not sure how good it would be for lower level schooling. I take my boy up to Boomerang, really like it there plus it's only up the road for me!

I would agree with poster to said there are more bigger fences than little ones. I took my lad there and the smallest they have is about 2'6 - but most of them are 2'9 +

Went to Tweseldown today, it was so busy, 90% of the jumps are open, i found a alot of jumps were 2'ft upwards and loads of jumps there.. the going was good. you can take your pick, jump as much or as little as you want.
