Oh god that is awful. I had that a couple of years ago when I went to Aston le Walls. It took us 2 hours to get there, did my dressage, had a 5 hour wait in the rain that was coming down in sheets. I was so so wet.

There's 5 hours between my dr and xc too on Monday.. Gah. And my trainer is in the Int, so an early start and finishing at 4.30. At least I can walk the course though, I hate having to be up pre 4am just to get there to walk the course because my gaps aren't big enough! But more than anything I hope its not cancelled!!

My dogs would be at home!! You would be safe providing you are not a Jehovahs Witness or a man wearing a hat or glasses!! Or someone with an Irish accent driving a transit. They get bitten!! Well trained

If I was to bring them to tweseldown (the dogs) we would have to meet for tea at the burger van! I would be dragged to the Burger van and would not be able to move from there!!

Apparently it is running everyone, as my valiant husband battled to set up my tradestand tonight, he muttered that it bl****y better be!! Please come & visit my shop in your spare hours, better not advertise which one, no escaping to the lorry for us lot, will try & smile & appear welcoming!!

Ooh Kizzywiz, in my 5 hour break I will come say hi! What colour is the marquee, I expect white, but a friend of mine has a blue and yellow one, and what do you sell?

Just seen South Today and I'm feeling much more hopeful; looks like it's going to be sunny till Monday! (Someone's trying to tell me to stay novice..) Friday has light showers but the weekend is forecast as dry up to 20 degrees. There's certainly a beautiful blue sky over the forest this morning..

I have superb times-dressage at 12.04, with just under an hour gap between sj and xc, so should all be done in 3 hrs!
Still have an early start as have to walk the course before.
Its sunny but windy here in Brighton, so lets hope it stays as yesterday evening was vile.
I just need to attempt to smarten up one very muddy horse this evening, plait, clean tack and load up car and trailer, hopefully all by 9pm so I can have a decent nights sleep.

Hi Shaab, it's blue & dare I say it, we sell supplements. We are sponsoring all the PN sections, so you never know you might win a lovely prize. Having struggled to erect the blasted thing, arrive today in howling gale to be told to move it from the space where poor hubby was told to put it!! Bit of an argument later (2 hours on & off!) I began to unpeg it, but strangely on pointing out that once I unpegged the front feet it was very likely to fly away, suddenly by miracle it could stay there after all!! Last time told off for putting it on concrete like piece of grass, this time huge catering lorry on same sodden piece of grass!! Ho hum & you think competing is tough!!!
