I'm thinking I might like this book....but I tend to be a book hoarder really! lol This is quite expensive and I was wondering if its may be a bit technical for me or too advanced for a normal leisure rider.

Has anyone got it? I've not got a competitive bone in my body but do like to do things correctly and well. The learning process is by far the best bit for me and not the end result i.e. going to comps etc. I've started having ground work lessons with Becky Holden and it was very interesting..early days but good all the same.

I'll never be at a level that this book seems to be aimed at but wondered if it has any little gems in it that all us riders should be aware of. Thoughts? x

I've got it and I love it. It's written really well and explains everything very clearly. If you've been taught BHS style, like me, it will make you question lots of the things we do but does provide alternatives and explanations as to why something does not work very well.
I got it after being a bit disillusioned with some of what I was being taught. I'm a novice rider who does not compete as yet but I found it really interesting and enlightening. Great book :)
