Twitch above eye

I know this sounds so stupid. But one of my horses has had a twitch just above one of his eyes for quite some time now, as in 2/3 weeks! Surely this is rather a long time to have a twitch? It's not bothering him or anything, just looks odd and must be a bit irritating for him (like when we have one). Sorry, Im almost embarrassed to post such a silly query!

not silly came across a customer whose horse has started doing it, i did wonder if it may have knocked itself. be interested to see if anyone puts anything else up.

my partner does this when hes telling me a lie,but i dont think same for horsey lol

May be worth giving electrolytes as nerve-muscle transmission needs them....or perhaps the horsey is lying about something...LOL
