Two weeks without a drop of rain and counting

Looking at the forecast, no chance of any until at least May. Are we actually going to have enough rain to grow anything at all this year?

We've just had a good downpour today - but it is quite warm and will dry off quickly.

We've had nothing for a couple of weeks at least too! The ground is rock hard and cracking in places and the grass has stopped growing. We are in desperate need of some rain! What happened to April Showers?!

Here in Bucks we haven't had any decent rain to speak of for around 6 weeks! It was like a summers day today - took my mare out in the trailer and she was sweated up before we even started!

I hate to say it but we really need a week of drizzle to sort out the ground, grass and eventually hay...... :-(
