TYPE 2 KK ULTRA - DRESSAGE LEGAL?

does anyone know off the top of their head if the type 2 is legal under bd rules? the newish one with eggbutt type sides but loose rings

would think it should be as the kk ultra is in both loose ring & eggbutt
