what is this & where can I find it for my horse?
They may not have one - depending on the PIO. It stands for Unique Equine Lifetime Number. Its part of a world wide project to create a searchable database for all horses (or at least all of those with a breed society passport). The number itself is generated by the project database but should comprise the passport number - although I'm not sure what will happen if you have two passport numbers the same but from different studbooks. You can find out more about it here http://www.ueln.net/welcome/
Out of curiosity what did you need it for OP?
