Has anyone completed this recently?I understand that it is not compulsory to have this certificate at present ,but that in the future all instructors that passed their PTT or higher before 1997 will be required to obtain it.There is a course coming up at an EC near me ,so i have decided to take it and update my teaching qualification.However i don,t know anyone who has taken it and have no idea as to what is involved.I understand that the morningis theory on coaching skills etc.. and that i will have to do a presentation and possibly a written paper .I would like to have some idea of what the examiners are looking for ,and did anyone have to produce a coaching portfolio?
