My daughter won the Novice class at Garrett Lee (Northumberland) it was 2'3 at the heats and will be 2'6 at the finals, there was also a minimus class at 1'6 - 2', she rides XC quite steadily so hit the optimum time spot on, the gate and walking section was about 2/3 of the way round and the show jumps are after the XC, she took him straight over but they weren't pushing you to go in instantly as long as you had done it by the time the next one arrived (5 minute intervals).
