You can sometimes find them on ebay, if you google it there are a few results that come up.

I just bought a stable rug on sale from Edgemere - WONDERFUL RUG!!! They only had a few sizes left though.
Great price too.
And they were so helpful!
Bought as was inexpensive, but I would cert pay full price next time.
I also would like to know where to find them, and also why they are so hard to come by?

I got mine via SJer James Fisher who got them directly from abroad. Bit of a long shot but he might still be an agent for them?
