Ultra Thin Dog Collars Where to buy?

I need to purchase a Ultra thin collar for my long haired 5 month old puppy. She has had a normal sized collar on but it really irritates her. I saw thin collars multi coloured at Cheshire show any suggestions please??

If you want cheap and cheerful, at Pets at Home I have seen very thin rope collars in the Three Peaks range. There are also a few leather workers on the forum if you wanted to enquire about a rolled leather version!!

I have a longhair too and the only thing that doesn't rub his hair off is a loose flat link chain (also known as a fursaver!!) but I appreciate not everyone likes them. The other benefit is that they don't get destroyed after prolonged exposure to seawater, mud etc!!

That said, my dogs don't wear collars at home, but when they are out of the house they have leather collars- all fabric ones seem to damage fur on mine

Thank you for your replies, i think it was the nylon one that caused the trouble! I will look into what to buy her.

I use rolled leather for my samoyeds as it's kind to the fluff! Although thye only wear them on a walk, not at home.
