Went for a run this morning and found this in the road.

Someone is missing a large chunk of hoof

I wonder if a bird has picked it up and dropped it? I found a headless coy carp in my parents' garden the other day. They have a pond but it's fishless so we can only assume a bird dropped it.

I think the more worrying thing is how overgrown the hoof it came from must have been!
