Well as a show jumper who is thinking about some BE thought i better have a bash at some dressage, so very first pure dressage (done a CT) this weekend.
First class was P7, came in a bit spooky but settled quickly and felt like a steady test, anyway guess how shocked i was to find we were placed first
mostly 6's and 7's - 62%
Next class we had quite a long wait and he felt a little stiffer going in didn't think my transitions were as good and few comments so "muddled downward trans" but again 6's and 7's, one 5 for his free walk, finished 5th with 62.9%
Really pleased with the day and felt like we'd not disgraced ourselves!!
