Unaffiliated hunter trials/ode etc

Hi. Before I take my young boy out for his first BE intros later in the season I would like to get him out for some unaffiliated hunter trails and ode etc to get him some experience of these types of outings. Unfortunately tho I am finding it incredibly hard to find any events of this nature particularly around the Essex/London area... mostly because most places don't advertise these things on their websites!!!! Does anyone know of anything coming up that I might be able to go play at?

Sorry don't know of any near u, but go to centres/places where comps held and pick up any schedules u see!!! Pony Clubs and Riding Clubs do ua stuff, so check PC/RC websites and the branches near u.

I know Tweseldown has got a unaffiiiated ode on the 19/20th April but not sure if that is too far for you to travel.
