Dabbs is meant to be re opening soon, they might have something on the go.

Guessing you've already check Fife riding club and North East Fife riding clubs?

Inchcoonans isn't too far out of Fife just over the bridge at Perth and have a lot on so their website might be worth a look. Or SNEC is just over the Forth Road Bridge?
