i have been told that BSA members are not allowed to help as volunteers at unaffiliated show jumping competitions if the prize exceeds £10, is this correct and if so does anybody know why? thank you

They're not allowed to jump at unaffil showjumping if prize money is over £10, not heard about volunteering though!

a BSA member showed me a print out of the BSA rules stating members could only act as Vets, farriers and medical officers, i am just asking if anybodyhas come across this and if it is correct.
