Anyone know any foals or breeding info about him (breeding success rates etc) and if the foals have good conformation/temperament/jumping ability?

Want to make sure I choose the right stallion :-)

Rosiefan on here had a horse by him- Frodo :) Worth searching her posts, but he is a lovely lovely horse who's now doing very well with a young jockey doing JRNs.

I have a youngster by him, six in July. He has good conformation but is taking a long time to mature both mentally and physically. Having said this he is very trainable, if he is anxious you just ask him to work and he is easily distracted, loves his work. I have never brought on a youngster before and, with help, I have done nearly everything except backing and he is now jumping British Novice after three outings. His jump is effortless and scopey, he also moves beautifully. Each time you take him out he seems to have learnt something, a friend describes him as having reading the rule book on growing up and he just keeps on turning the pages in order. You can tell I think him very special!

Whilst he is a delight to ride he is not always so nice to handle on the ground but this may have been his mother who was an absolute cow!

I've a friend with a gelding by him (I think- or grandsire) but he's lovely. Advancing through dressage nicely and has a very good pop. I like him alot. He's a lovely person as well, a real softie. Has real potential for the future.
