Unbelievable......... Michael Mac still BS chairman

He probably has too much dirt on them :D

Also the thought of litigation is off putting if he's not going willingly........


Whats going on with Scope aswell ?
 
Quite amazing that he is still Chairman of BS when he is also a director of 'Various' companies with 'scope' forming part of the name. One is in liquidation, one is newly formed and already had a name change!

That is one AGM, one EGM and 2 board votes of no confidence that he has somehow survived. Not many people would want to survive that onslaught and we have to ask why he wants to be subjected to such attacks? Most people would just walk away.
 
So agree and in the meantime while they squabble at all their meetings they cannot be improving BS for the members, the majority of whom probably fund the higher echelons of BS!!!
