When I tacked up today, I noticed my right stirrup was way longer that the left, they were both on hole 7 and when I measured them against my arm they were the same length. When I got on the right one did feel a bit longer but not bad enough so I wanted to adjust it, and as I rode they evened up.

When I got back from my hack I took the stirrups and leathers off and held them up and they were identical lengths.
The stirrup bars on my saddle are the same too.

I must have a hell of an uneven horse then!
Seriously, would this indicate Axel as being very uneven? Or could my saddle be to blame?

Or maybe your right leg has grown!

Argh I HATE stirrups

I have arthritis in knees and ankles and just cant tell if stirrups are level as my one knee will feel stiffer than the other, so have to ask others lol

and often its more comfortable to have them uneven at times so you see pics and im like omw how do i stay on

Stupid question perhaps but was he stood squarely when you looked at them?

I kept walking him about and standing him up, even when standing square and with the left hind leg back they looked the same, uneven that its!

Maybe you sit lopsided?

I'm an expert at riding with uneven stirrups and not noticing, d'oh!

They were uneven before I got on!
I don't know if I do sit lopsided or not, but I'm having a lesson tomorrow so I'll ask my instructor

I think most people ride with more weight in the right foot, and often collapse the right side of the waist. This can come from the horse and the rider both. Both I and my daughter put more weight in the right stirrup and the saddle goes a bit over to the right. Have you looked to see where the gullet of the saddle is compared with the horse's spine when you get off? Or ask someone when you are in the saddle. That's worth checking repeatedly.

You could have uneven legs !!!! My friend always commented that my stirrups looked odd, but if I changed them I felt lop sided.

Then when I went to the chiropractor with a bad back he said my pelvis was twisted and due to the muscles being stronger on one side, in turn this meant one leg was longer than the other.
