He's plump, but my word he's gorgeous! Nothing to add to what everyone else has said re managing it, but I'd love to see some pics of the slimline Brad-Pitt-in-Snatch version when you've got some weight off, he'll be a knockout.

HAHA! Never heard of him referred to as Brad Pitt, I'm sure he'll be thrilled to hear this! He has a bit of an ego ;)

I'll keep you all posted on the weightloss front

Agree with everyone that he could do with going on a diet. Just wanted to show you in comparison what our fatties are on. All of them are perfectly fine on this much grass and only get min and vit supps, no hard feed. All are looking a great weight at the moment.

Only reason ours are on grass so long is they were moved 2 weeks ago, as their winter grazing was literally mud. The winter grazing was rented, they grass they're on now belongs to his owner and it seemed silly not to move them back, as it had been rested since November time

He is a bit chubbier than our Fell - exercise combined with diet is the key.

Our chap looks fat and people have mentioned his weight, but his ribs are easily felt when you run a hand across them. It's his bottom and width that make people think he's obese. He has an apple bottom and a flat back, but that's his shape and he's fit.
