For those that remember my post a few weeks ago here is an update:
Basics of OP - The girl who bought my horse 9 months ago out of no where has threatened to sue me claiming the horse has a degenerative illness.
I asked a good Norwegian friend of mine to help with the reply to the letter the girl sent. After much discussion on how the letter should read finally we got the letter off in the post and just after the farm move we received a reply.
After all the points I raised in my defence, a UK vets letter from the vetting I had on the mare a year before the sale, references from people that had ridden the horse and the yard that took the horse for jump schooling a month before the sale, the girl has decided to take no further action against me.
I am sooooo relieved, with the move and the new horse an impending court case was the last thing I needed to deal with! Thank you all for your words of wisdom and advice x
