Well, the general opinion was a preference for yard 3 but unfortunately the owner reconsidered and turned us down due to difficulties with ayto for our stallion and fitting that in with the other horses, especially in the winter when the field options were reduced.
So, we've gone for yard 2 which had the downsides of a 10x10 stable (15.1hh horse), on a big complex of 3 yards in total so will be busy, but on seeing it again the manager was excellent, the other people friendly and the grazing well managed and guaranteed all year.
Moving date in a month's time. Scary but having seen 9 yards in the last 2 months it's a relief to have found somewhere that ticks most boxes!
