Just been back to vets for our 10day check up, vet is so pleased we are now allowed two 15min walks a day and he had dropped his steroids down from 2mg to 1.5mg per kg. he had no joint effusion on palp and full range of movement is restored.
All his results have come back negative for anything nasty so it's something we won't ever know the cause of, I still think it is linked to his boosters as it all started 1 week after jabs were done, my vet agrees it could have been the cause so this year he will be blood tested and just have his lepto individually.
Now just to keep fingers crossed he doesn't relapse while we are trying to reduce steroids.
